Experience: Terry has been a licensed real estate agent for the past six years. He is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors. He loves the real
estate business and it shows! Prior to a career in real estate, Terry worked in the mortgage industry for five years as
an underwriter. He has an excellent understanding of the lending process from pre-application through closing. He
is well versed in the different types of loan programs available and the effect of down payment amounts, credit
scores, debt ratios and how this impacts the buyer. He has a no nonsense and simple way of explaining the buying
process and making it easy to understand.
Knowledge: Terry has established his real estate career in the Atlanta market over the past four and a half years working
primarily in the “intown” neighborhoods. He has a comprehensive knowledge and interest in these areas from
Ansley Park to Virginia Highland and is eager to share what he knows. He has a passion for architecture from
craftsman bungalows with their heavy moldings to minimalist and linear modern and contemporary designs.
The bulk of Terry’s real estate practice has been focused on the residential side of the business,
representing buyers and sellers for single family homes, condominiums, townhouses, lofts and land. He works
extensively with landlords and tenants with leasing and property management. He has also had great success
working with investors buying and selling multi-family properties and has commercial real estate experience.
