Nelly's professional past includes tenures with local residential developers and buyers. Nelly earned a Bachelors Degree in International Business from the Universidad Del Mayab, Mexico.
Thanks to her multicultural background she is able to interact with Spanish-speaking investors and also expand her business onto Latin America. Nelly specializes in land brokerage, as well as commercial and residential development, having made helpful contacts in the architectural and construction business. Nelly is also experienced in TIC investments and 1031 Exchanges.
Nelly has been a member of the Commercial Board of Realtors since 2006, educated by the MLS and CCIM Institute.
Nelly often works with developers and land owners buying and selling their property, running studies and providing guidance in accordance to the best use of the land with the least environmental impact.
